Recent Hyatt Regency Hangzhou Review: "I would highly recommend this hotel for 3 reasons: 1) Excellent location. It is right next to the west lake and an upscale shopping area. 2) Excellent food. I have tried their Chinese (Hangzhou) restaurant and lounge and both did not disappoint me. In particular, I would recommend its Chinese restaurant which offers, in my opinion, the finest Hangzhou  food in the area. 3) Excellent service. (i) When I arrived, the staff members greeted me warmly and made arrangements for me (buying tickets for Impression West Lake show) smoothly and professionally. (ii)When I left the hotel, there was a traffic jam and it was very difficult to find a taxi. I was very moved by the effort of their staff members in going outside of the hotel area to find a taxi for me to allow me catch my train."
